AGNEW ASSOCIATES' SERVICE GUARANTEE

Agnew Associates, Inc. unconditionally guarantees that throughout the course of our project engagement, the firm will provide the following services:

• The project manager, or a designated representative, will return your phone call within 4 working hours.
• A project status report will be sent biweekly during the design process of each project.
• Meeting notes will be prepared and sent within five working days of each meeting.
• Agnew Associates will meet agreed-upon project schedule milestones.

Should Agnew Associates, Inc. fail to meet any of the above commitments, the firm will provide a $500.00 credit towards the project fee. No questions asked.
