The

fitness centers, and new offices will also be included in the additions. The HVAC system is comprised of multiple single-zone air handlers
and one multi-zone air handler each using chilled and heated water. All units have
direct digital control and full economizer capability to maximize energy conservation.
Chilled water is provided through an interconnect with the campus tunnel system. Steam
from the campus central plant is used as the heat source for heating water and domestic
hot water.
The plumbing
systems include waste, sewer, and vent piping, potable cold and hot water piping, and a
storm drainage system.
The electrical
system for the new addition and the existing facility will be served through a new single
transformer. The owner and local electrical utility scheduled the electrical back feed and
new transformer location. Agnew Associates designed the lighting for the courts in
conjunction with the architect and lighting representatives to meet the needs of the new
addition and to solve the existing lighting problems.
Agnew Associates
