Dwayne is President and
CEO of Agnew Associates and has served in this capacity since 1987, when the firm was
Agnew Storrs and Associates. Previously, Dwayne served as Secretary/Treasurer of Fanning,
Fanning & Agnew and as Chief Draftsman for Zumwalt & Vinther.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Dwayne has over 30 years of experience with designing heating, ventilating, air
conditioning (HVAC) systems, and plumbing systems for many different building types. These
include airports, telephone central office buildings, jails, university buildings,
churches, elementary and secondary schools, hospitals, and office buildings. His work has
included both new construction and renovation of existing facilities.
